About Project

This web application, developed using Laravel, offers a user-friendly interface for custom form creation. Users can easily design their desired forms by dragging and dropping various form elements like text fields, radio buttons, and drop-down lists. Once created, a unique link for the form can be generated, facilitating easy sharing. All user responses are efficiently compiled and can be viewed conveniently through the admin panel.
